For faster treatment and prevention for any type of contagion-bacterial or viral.

My invention is a lockable contact tracing wearable device for the purpose of helping individuals get treatment as soon as possible, in case they have been exposed to a dangerous condition (e.g. Monkey Pox) so that they can be cured and get treatment right away. In addition, this device can be readily available to help prevent another pandemic.

The lockable contact tracing wearable device is a wristband with a location tracker, a processor, a QR code with user’s information, and a remotely activatable light. The light is activated as soon as the user is exposed to the condition and goes off, for example, as soon as the condition is cleared (e.g. through treatment) or when testing occurs. If desired, the device may also include a vibrating arrangement to alert the user if visually impaired, while sleeping, etc.

The goal is to inform the individuals wearing the device and let them know if they have been exposed, so they can get tested and/or treatment right away if needed, without shame to anyone or targeting specific groups where the contagion seems to originate at that particular time, and exposure to a condition does not imply infection.

The ability to timely notify exposed users is paramount, so that users can rush for testing/treatment and stop any potential spread to others. In such way, the spread of anything that is not yet a pandemic, whether viral or bacterial can be quickly and effectively stopped when aware of exposure.

This can be especially important in case of conditions or diseases for which a reliable test is not even available, as treatment of an exposed individual could be initiated without a test being needed, thus effectively stopping any condition from spreading quickly. As we have seen, stopping the spread as fast as possible when there are no treatments to a new contagion is imperative and can even be lifesaving.

The light turns on only for exposure and can turn off once the individual is tested/treated. In this way the user can be notified multiple times, if exposed again if immunity cannot be obtained either by vaccination, treatment, or recovery. Such parameters for science-based immunity time periods if any, can be adjusted in the software to meet the changes or subvariants of the contagion.

The device is privacy-friendly, as it is also applicable to cases where users may not want or be able, for one reason or another, to go to the doctor in person. This device could also be used to allow user to schedule a video appointment instead, so that they can be cleared -either by the doctor directly or by having their testing equipment and/or treating medicament mailed at home to meet all requirements necessary for clearance. In some instances, the time factor could be used for the exposure light to be turned off.

Any user information is not visible on the device and is instead embedded in a QR code without any privacy risk, as it would instead occur in case of a different device, such as a cell phone. The accessibility of the QR code on the wristband is also extremely helpful in case the user is incapacitated or unresponsive. The user would have the option to add any pertinent medical information to their device without risking their privacy. No social security number is required, as they would have an ID # instead.

The device has the ability to include medical alert charms or other types of charms to either alert first responders if found unresponsive or for self-expression, a great add-on for children and help with resilience during a serious time.

Whether a society is willing to mask up or not, the contact tracing wristband can significantly help in any controlled group (bubble) without having to risk privacy of a cell phone and without targeting or shaming any particular group. This patented contact tracing wristband can help users through notification get tested and treated much faster and help prevent the spread whether in a pandemic or not. This device is a great answer to stopping an infection from spreading rapidly not only nationally or globally, but at the state level, or even separate bubble events like the Olympics, NFL training camps, etc. This medical device can help tremendously in schools to help stop the spread, but everyone that particular bubble must be included.

In summary, this useful contact tracing device helps people get treatment faster in situations where time is of the essence when exposed, in order to prevent or decrease symptoms and minimize spread of any condition or disease. This device is a great solution to prepare and prevent for the future at any level.

While I am so excited about my 7th patent, “Contact Tracing Wristband,” for exposure only for a pandemic or contagions such as Monkey Pox so groups are not targeted and treatment can be given quickly if needed, it is much more about helping the world’s future to plan and prepare to save lives.

My patents have taken different directions since starting my mission in April 2020 on my first patent, “Pandemic Wristband,” a medical tracking, contact tracing, and passport device for the vaccinated and unvaccinated, whether or not immunity from a condition can be obtained from vaccination or recovery from the condition; to the fourth patent, Medical Tracking Wristband,” for climate change crises and more. This patent is needed now for preventive measures to have optional medical information in addition to name and address in a lockable wristband, not just to be warned with a light and vibration for the visually impaired since climate crises often occur at night while sleeping, but also to help locate those caught in a crisis such as a hurricane faster and help first responders with identification and proper treatment by scanning a QR code included with the wristband or seeing optional medical alert charms if a person is unresponsive. This is something a cell phone does not provide, as it is not lockable to the body, and most people do not wish to have their personal cell phone tracked to risk their privacy.

Each patent provides a global solution that does not involve the privacy of a cell phone, no social security number required, no discrimination, and with the capabilities to program the software to match the science-based variables and conflicts within humanity for health and longevity for all. Whether one chooses to wear a mask or vaccinate, my patents could be a game changer for our future.

Just imagine how this could help if America could be on the same team and make these medical devices dependable to use in schools, retirement homes, medical facilities, and all those connected, which would help prevent a lockdown and recession from happening, and another solution in addition to masks and other mitigation.

This world has seen the worst of the worst and needs a real sense of security and normalcy to live life to the fullest and save the future of our children and those to follow. Each patent also provides a way to locate the unaccounted and notification either for exposure to a condition or as a warning of a crisis and clearance in real time to act fast for safety, medical treatment, and to protect others. My lockable patents can be used for virtually any type of crisis on a state, national, and global level, as well as bubble events, such as the Olympics.
